A woman from Baldwin was reportedly seriously injured in a crash that happened along Ga. 365 in Habersham County Monday.

A report from the Georgia State Patrol said the crash happened just before 12:30 p.m. at the highway's intersection with Antioch Church Road east of Clarkesville. Officials said 75-year-old Bessie Brock was driving a maroon Kia Sorento eastbound on Antioch Church Road when she stopped at the stop sign at the Ga. 365 intersection.

She then allegedly failed to yield and drove in front of a white Ford F150 pickup truck going south on 365 in the right lane. The truck then hit Brock's vehicle.

Brock was taken from the scene to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville for treatment of suspected serious injuries. The driver of the F150, Barry Tarver, age 57 of Cumming, suffered minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
