The Dawson County Sheriff's Office recently arrested a man on child pornography-related charges.
According to a social media post from the agency, Jason Bouchez was charged with sexual exploitation of children.
Investigators located and seized multiple electronic devices that contained the exploitative material. The devices are still being forensically examined for further evidence in the ongoing investigation.
The agency said the Dawson County Sheriff's Office Crime Against Persons Unit conducts investigations involving the sexual exploitation of children and other violent crimes. CAP Unit Investigators are affiliates of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
“The CAP Unit has once again secured an outstanding arrest, and we are immensely proud of yet another remarkable demonstration of their dedication and hard work, Sgt. Matthew Blackstock said.
