The Dawson County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday put out a “Be on the Lookout” alert for a suspect who was caught on camera stealing diesel fuel from a construction site.
The suspect reportedly entered a construction site located in the area of Kelly Bridge Road and Roscoe Collette Road in Dawsonville sometime between 5:30 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to officials.
Once at the construction site, the suspect reportedly stole more than $300 worth of diesel fuel from equipment on the property.
The suspect reportedly entered the property on an ATV pulling a small trailer carrying two 55-gallon drums.
