Gainesville spa employee arrested for inappropriate touching

An employee of a Gainesville massage and spa business was arrested Thursday after two customers accused him of inappropriate touching.

Michael Steven Reeves II, 36, of Clermont is charged with three counts of sexual battery, as well as possession of methamphetamine and amphetamine. 

According to a press statement from the Hall County Sheriff's Office, the two victims told investigators Reeves touched them in "intimate areas of their bodies" during massages. Both victims said the touching was unwanted and uninvited.

The incidents occured at a massage and spa business in the 100 block of Washington Street between Feb. 26 and March 5.

The investigation is ongoing. Reeves remained in the Hall County Jail as of last report.
