Da Vinci Academy now accepting applications for rising sixth-graders

The Hall County School District’s Da Vinci Academy is now accepting applications for rising sixth-graders for the 2021-22 school year.

DVA is part of the Academies of Discovery at South Hall and is a program of choice designed for students interested in the arts, sciences and technology. Any current fifth-grade student is eligible to apply.

Parent information meetings will be held on Zoom next week for interested families. These meetings are scheduled as follows:

English:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m.

Spanish:

  • Thursday, Oct. 29 at 5:30 p.m.

All interested parents must register with a valid email address to attend the parent information meetings. Registration forms are available in both English and Spanish.

DVA applications are due on Wednesday, Dec. 2 and are also available in English and Spanish.
