A Talmo man faces charges of rape and aggravated child molestation in alleged attacks on a toddler.
Hall County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested Fidel Guerroro, 38, on Thursday, Feb. 7, according to Lt. Scott Ware.
He said the alleged assaults occurred between Jan. 1, 2018 and mid July 2018.
"At the time of the assaults the victim was 3 and 4 years old," Ware said in a press statement. "The victim and Guerrero were acquainted."
Ware said the victim was able to tell a family member about the incidents and the family member called authorities.
Guerrero is in the Hall County Jail with no bond, Ware said.
