CLEVELAND – A White County High School student was arrested last week and charged with terroristic threats and acts.

Christian Gholston, 18, was arrested by a White County Sheriff’s Office school resource officer, according to a Nov. 14 incident report.

The report stated that a White County High School assistant principal contacted SRO Alicia Hopper regarding a student making threats to a teacher.

According to the report, Gholston entered a teacher’s room and said he would shoot his girlfriend and several teachers at the school.

One of the teachers named in the threat told Hopper she was concerned for her safety because of the statement Gholston had made, the report stated.

Hopper arrested Gholston and he was transported to the White County Detention Center without incident.
