A convicted rapist mistakenly released from a Georgia prison is back behind bars.

U.S. Marshals and ICE agents caught Tony Munoz-Mendez in Fort Thomas, Kentucky late Wednesday night, according to Atlanta media reports. He had been on the run since Friday when Georgia Corrections Department officials said he was released in error from Rogers State Prison in Reidsville. Those officials have no yet said how the mistake happened.
