MANS agents arrest Gainesville man in distribution of heroin, meth, other drugs

A Gainesville man is facing charges after Hall County drug agents found thousands of dollars worth of drugs at his home in the city.

Larry Termane Nuckles, 48, was arrested Friday after Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad agents found methamphetamine, heroin, three different types of cocaine, as well as marijuana, packaging materials and a semi-automatic pistol at the home in the 700 block of Cleveland Street. Just over $2,000 in cash was also seized.

The drugs were valued at about $9,100, according to a press release from Lt. Don Scalie with the MANS Unit.

Approximately three grams of heroin was packaged in one bag, over 40 grams of methamphetamine were packaged in 15 bags, 24 “crack rocks” were packaged individually, one cocaine base “cookie,” which weighed about 13 grams, one three gram bag of powder cocaine, 35 one gram bags of marijuana, one bag of approximately 34 grams of loose marijuana and one plastic container holding three grams of marijuana were located in the search.

Nuckles faces possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, according to Scalia.
