Northside Hospital Forsyth ranked as one of the best hospitals in the nation for patient experience.
Director of Patient Care Carolyn Booker said only the top 15% of hospitals in the country are recognized this way each year by Healthgrades.
She credits the senior staff at the hospital and explains saying, "We actually have a phenomenal culture at Northside where every employee is empowered to do everything that they can to ensure that our patient's experience throughout the continuem of care is very, very positive."
Booker said only 10 hospitals in the state of Georgia received this award and Northside's locations in Atlanta, Canton, and Forsyth County were the only 3 facilities in the metro Atlanta area to make the list.
