A Gainesville man remained in the Hall County Jail with no bond Wednesday in connection to a sexual assault case involving a teenage girl.
The Hall County Sheriff's Office said in a press statement that investigators arrested Jeffrey Dean Boger, 39, on Tuesday at his residence on Wildwood Court.
Boger is accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl between December 2017 and January 2018.
Boger has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and child molestation in the case; both charges are felonies.
Investigators said Boger and the apparent victim knew one another.
