LANCASTER, S.C. - Zack Mitchell powered to the lead of Saturday night’s ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series feature at South Carolina’s Lancaster Speedway, and went on to score the victory.
The Enoree, South Carolina scored a $4,000 pay day for his efforts.
Mitchell started the night by setting fast time in qualifying with a lap at 18.889 seconds. On the drop of the green flag, Mitchell surged to the lead, and would pace the field from flag-to-flag in the 40 lap feature.
Johnny Pursley finished in second, with Dennis Franklin in third, Kyle Hardy in fourth and Michael Brown in fifth.
Joey Coulter, Justin Hudspeth, Jimmy McNamara, David Yandle and Donald Bradsher rounded out the top ten.
The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will be back in action again on Saturday, June 9 at North Carolina’s Fayetteville Motor Speedway.
