Three people have sustained gunshots wounds in an incident in the northeast part of Hall County.
Hall County Fire Services Capt. Zachary Brackett confirmed that Hall County first responders were treating two patients for gunshot wounds - a 72-year-old man was shot in the hip and a 54-year-old man was shot in the leg. The third person who was shot, described as a "suspected perpetrator," was being evaluated for a gunshot wound to the head.
The active scene is located in the area of Whitehall Road and Georgia 365, according to Brackett.
The Hall County Sheriff's Office is investigating and is holding a press conference at 1:50 p.m.
