The Gainesville girls golf team edged out Lanier 137-141 on Wednesday at Sugar Hill Golf Club.
Freshman Karina Collins led the Lady Red Elephants with a 45, followed by Morgan Nichol and Vivian Robinson, each with a 46.
Lanier's Sarah Hsu was medalist with a 2-under-par 34.
