Speeding appears to be the cause behind a fatal accident west of Bethlehem in Barrow County Tuesday morning.
The accident involved one vehicle and happened around 3 a.m. on Highway 81 near Tom Miller Road, according to Sheriff Jud Smith.
The victim in the crash was identified as 20-year-old Cleavon Young of Tennessee. Young was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Smith said the victim had been living with family in Loganville.
