The Hall County Schools Superintendent confirmed no students were on a Hall County bus when it was in an accident Thursday.
Will Schofield said a car ran in to the side of Bus 2404. Meanwhile, he said a substitute driver picked up the students on that route and took them to Lyman Hall Elementary School.
Hall County Dispatch reported the accident at Dorsey Street and Pearl Nix Parkway occurred around 7 a.m.
School system Spokesman Gordon Higgins said in an email the two occupants in the car were transported to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center for evaluation of non-life threatening injuries, and that the Georgia State Patrol will investigate the accident.
