Hall County authorities have identified a 43-year-old man and his 35-year-old girlfriend who were found dead in a home on Gaines Mill Road early Saturday morning.
Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks with the Hall County Sheriff's Office released the names late Saturday afternoon after next of kin had been notified, identifying the pair as Norman Reece and .Audrey Dhal
Reece's son apparently called deputies to the scene just before 6 a.m. Wilbanks said the son had just spoken to the pair the night before.
"The initial investigation revealed no obvious signs of trauma or foul play," Wilbanks said in a press statement. "The residence was without electricity, and while there were numerous space heaters in the home, air quality tests conducted by Hall County Fire Services personnel at the time of discovery did not indicate toxic carbon monoxide levels."
The bodies of both have been sent to the Dekalb Medical Examiner's Office for autopsies.
