Two brothers living in Hall County have been arrested, charged with molesting a teenage girl.
Yobany Pastor-Baten and Juan Pastor-Baten were in custody without bond as of Friday. Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware said the victim in both cases was the same 14 year old girl.
"They took part in different ways. The warrants are pretty graphically descriptive of what occurred," Ware said.
Ware said they are both facing charges of child molestation. One was charged in May of 2017, and the other in December 2016 into January 2017, New Year's Eve into New Year's Day.
Ware said it appears the abuse was on multiple occasions and the brothers knew the victim.
Immigration holds have been placed on the pair as well.
