CLEVELAND — White County Chamber of Commerce President Cindy Bailey resigned suddenly Thursday, and chamber officials have announced that Beth Truelove has agreed to accept the position of interim president.
Truelove, who has served as director of membership, will continue her service to members during the transition.
“We wish Cindy great success in her new endeavor,” a written statement from chamber officials, released late Thursday afternoon, reads.
The chamber will begin a search immediately to permanently fill the position of president, according to the statement.
