A Gwinnett County man will have his conviction for molesting 16 children brought before the state board of appeals.
Harry Brent Taylor does not deny his guilt, but lawyers are arguing the search warrants that turned up evidence in his home were improperly administered. Arguing they did not clearly state why Taylor was a suspect.
Prosecutors says of the 16 victims, more were eight to nine years old and there was a victim as young as six years old.
Taylor is serving a life sentence for his 2014 conviction of aggravated child molestation.
His appeal will be heard next Tuesday.
