TIGER — Bailey Fisher threw for 131 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another 111 yards and two more touchdowns to lead Rabun County to an impressive 62-21 victory over M. Pisgah Friday night.
The Wildcats (1-0) blew open a 7-7 game in the first quarter with 24 consecutive points en route to a 45-14 halftime lead.
Fisher had TD passes of 23 yards to Cole Keener and 69 yards to Braxton Hicks and added scoring runs of 15 and 6 yards.
Austin Jones had a 69-yard punt return for a touchdown and 22-yard touchdown from Chase Horton, who came on for Fisher in the second half to compete 5-of-8 passes for 43 yards and one touchdown.
Mason Sprinkle had 140 yards and one touchdown rushing on 6 carries for the Wildcats.
Rabun County travels to Stephens County next week.
