Lakeshore Mall is for sale, and it will hit the online auction block on Wednesday afternoon.
The opening bid for the 491-thousand square foot facility is $1.75 million, according to a listing on the online auction site Loopnet.
Mall Management declined to comment on the auction, which starts at 1 p.m.
Lakeshore Mall was built in 1968.
