Winder Police investigators are asking for help from the public in finding a man wanted for several burglaries and thefts in Barrow County.
Authorities believe Billy Thomas Manis, 25, burglarized several churches. He's also suspected in Gwinnett County for several theft cases at Walmart in recent weeks.
Manis has been spotted in Auburn, Winder and Athens over the past week, according to a police media release.
A $500.00 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
