HOMER — While the extradition process has begun to bring suspected Banks County shooter Dextavious McCurry back to Georgia to face charges, three more people have been arrested in connection with Thursday's incident.
Amanda Joy Hanley, 35, of Commerce is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers, according to Banks County Sheriff's Lt. Carissa McFaddin.
Marico Jamal Hollis, 28, of Commerce and Dujuan Montie Williams, 35, of Commerce have been charged with party to a crime of aggravated assault, McFaddin said.
McCurry's extradition process is expected to be complete within the next week, according to McFaddin.
"He is facing charges in Banks County for aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon," McFaddin said.
