OAKWOOD — Chestatee used an-11-run second inning en route to 16-0, three-inning win over West Hall Tuesday.
Beth Eddins got the win for the Lady War Eagles (15-4, 2-4 Region 7-AAAA) scattering five hits and striking out three. Eddins and Cheyenne Roper each had three hits to pace the offense.
Eddins, Becca Ediins, Katilyn Babb, and Bailey Mason each had two RBI for Chestatee. Hannah Jones, Babb, Mason, and Danielle Ortega each had two hits for the Lady War Eagles.
Seven of the Chestatee runs were unearned as the offense took advantage of five West Hall errors.
Chestatee will travel to Dawson County on Wednesday in another 7-AAAA battle. West Hall will play host to Gainesville in a non-region matchup.
