ROSWELL — Blessed Trinity used a four-run fourth inning to break a scoreless tie and then cruised to a 4-0 win over Chestatee Thursday in Region 7-AAAA softball action.
Raegan Lehman tossed a two-hitter and struck out four to get the win for the Lady Titans (8-4, 2-1 Region 7-AAAA).
Becca Eddins pitched well for Chestatee (14-4, 1-4) allowing just five hits and fanning four but was undone by the big inning.
Georgia Patterson and Katilyn Babb had one hit each for the Lady War Eagles.
It was the third straight shutout loss for Chestatee, which travels to West Hall next Tuesday in another 7-AAAA battle.
