Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County and the Gainesville Police Department will jointly sponsor Safe Kids Day Saturday.
THEME: I’m a Safe Kid…at home, at play, and on the way!
ACTIVITIES:
- Free Helmet Giveaway (ages 5-12; child must be present to be fitted for a helmet).

WHAT: Safety stations include:
- Fire Safety
- Water Safety
- Sports Safety
- Home Safety
- Safety on the Road
WHERE Saturday, July 30 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Midtown Greenway (behind the Gainesville Police Department). Free parking is available at the Gainesville Police Department.
WHY: To educate Hall County children on the dangers of accidental injuries, the number one killer of children ages 14 and under.
