Hall County Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware said Charles Emmanuel Varner was arrested Tuesday at a residence on Sundial Avenue in Flowery Branch.

"From at least July 15 to July 22, 2016, Charles Varner unlawfully entered 10 different vehicles in numerous locations in South Hall County," Ware said.

He said the teen stole two firearms, a computer, wallets, jewelry, sunglasses, shoes and other items of value during the course of the break-ins. Investigators are still working to recover some of the stolen items, according to Ware.
