Two new council members will be sworn at Tuesday's meeting of the Clermont City Council.
It will mark the first time in several months that the council will be at full strength. That's because Joe McGoogan, who was elected to the At-Large post Nov. 3, died two days later and no one qualified for the Nov. 3 election for the Ward 2 post.
Margaret Merritt and Doug Myers qualified earlier this year for a special election that was to be held last Tuesday but since there was no opposition for either of them, no election was necessary.
