GAINESVILLE — Riverside Military scored five second half goals en route to a 7-4 victory over Holy Innocents on Friday.
Carlos Carrillo had his first hat trick of the season for the Eagles. Jorge Quesada scored two goals with Manuel Chivaca and Ricardo Policarpo tallying one score each.
Riverside led 2-1 at halftime but Holy Innocents tied the game at 2-2 early in the second half but the Eagles reclaimed the lead minutes later only to see Holy Innocents tied it again at 3. Riverside pull away for a 5-3 lead but Holy Innocents got within 5-4 on a penalty kick.
The Eagles sealed the win with two goals in the final eight minutes.
Riverside next will travel to Clark Central on Tuesday for a 5:30 p.m. kick off.
