DACULA — The Lakeview Academy girls basketball team closed out the regular season in dominant fashion on Friday, hammering Hebron Christian 76-36 in Dacula.
Hannah Grogan poured in 24 points to pace the Lady Lions (19-6, 12-1 Region 8-A), while Sadie Thrailkill added nine. Christen Copeland and Emma House each added eight points in the win.
Lakeview led 35-16 at the half.
The Lady Lions play again next week in the Region 8-A tournament. Lakeview will finish no lower than the No. 2 seed -- depending on the outcome of Commerce's contests on Friday and Saturday.
