GAINESVILLE —Jacob Satterfield of West Hall ran for one touchdown and threw for another to help lead the West to a 27-7 victory over East Saturday at the annual FCA East-West Classic at Maginnis Field at Riverside Military Academy.

(NOTE: Watch video highlights of the contest above.)

The West never trailed as Gainesville's Brandon Reyna kicked first quarter field goals of 20- and 35-yards for a 6-0 lead. Satterfield pushed the West lead to 13-0 by halftime with a 12-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.

The West defense contributed when Chestatee's Nick Beard returned an interception 25 yards for a touchdown to give them a 20-0 lead.

The East finally got on the board when East Jackson's Josh Adair scored on a 1-yard run to cap a nice drive to close the gap to 20-7.

Moments later, however, Satterfield connected with Gainesville's Rodariuos Timmons for a 65-yard touchdown pass to make it 27-7.
