GAINESVILLE — The East Hall boys basketball team pushed past cross-county and region rival North Hall 59-51 on Friday night in Gainesville.
Luke Cooper put up 21 points to lead the Vikings (5-2, 2-0 Region 7-AAA) in victory, while Mahki Brown added 12. Trevor Riider also scored 10.
Cooper hit three straight 3-pointers to give East Hall the lead in third quarter.
Alden Llewellyn and Evan Easton led North Hall with 15 points apiece.
East Hall will play host to Banks County on Saturday in the Valhalla Classic.
