A quick bowl challenge

Hello, North Georgia.

Perhaps you're excited to be playing somebody other than Nebraska in a bowl game this year (6-6 TCU is a welcomed change), or perhaps you've checked out of football for the year, since it's the Liberty Bowl.

I'm somewhere in between. Excited for a new opponent. Not excited about the game.

So, maybe we need to spice things up a little bit, no?

For no prize other than pride, I present to you: the "Heck, just pick dots" bowl challenge.

If you're interested in joining a Pick 'Em group over on Yahoo, feel free to hop in!

Again, no money involved and no prizes to be handed out. (I work in radio. I'm poor.) Simply pick the winners of each game, and rank them for Confidence Points.

Don't know how those points work? Here's a quick explanation.

You order the bowl games from your most to least confident. Let's say you're 110% sure that Georgia will beat TCU in the Liberty Bowl.

Go ahead and slide that sucker up to 41. If you get it right, you get 41 points.

If you thought TCU was going to win, but weren't totally sure about that pick, you might slide it down to, say, 10 points -- less risky.

Whoever totals the most points at the end of the bowl season wins!

Good luck.
