GAINESVILLE — The North Hall boys rallied from six -points down heading into the fourth quarter to beat Lakeview Academy 51-49 Saturday night in non-region action at the Lakeview gym.
The Trojans led 16-11 after the first quarter but Lakeview Academy outscored North Hall 14-6 in the second quarter to take a 25-22 halftime lead. The Lions (10-3) extended their lead to 41-35 after the third quarter.
Sam Jackson had 18 points to lead North Hall. Carson Heinen had nine points for the Trojans.
Tre Gober paced Lakeview with 12 points. Drew Cottrell added 11 points and Carter Reeves pulled down 10 rebounds for the Lions.
North Hall will travel to take on Johnson on Tuesday.
Lakeview Academy returns to Region 8-A play traveling to Athens Christian on Tuesday.
