FLOWERY BRANCH - Hall County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a former Atlanta Falcons player in the south end of the county over the weekend.
According to Hall County Sheriff's Deputy Chad Mann, 42-year-old Jamal Anderson completed a field sobriety test but refused an alcohol sensor and blood test.
Mann said Anderson's vehicle was initially stopped for failure to maintain lane on Friendship Road at Deaton Creek Parkway. Anderson was charged with DUI of Alcohol and failure to maintain lane.
He was transported to the Hall County Jail, and Mann said he had since bonded out.
Anderson was previously arrested for DUI in 2014. He played for the Atlanta Falcons as a running back from 1994 to 2001.
