Woman arrested for selling meth at North Ga. Burger King

ELLIJAY - A woman in Gilmer County faces multiple charges after authorities say she was arrested for selling meth at a Burger King restaurant.

Fox 5 in Atlanta reports Courtney Margalo, 20, was arrested at the restaurant in early March by members of the Zell Miller Mountain Drug Task Force.

Margalo faces charges of possession of meth with intent to distribute charges.

Authorities speculate that she may have sold meth through the drive through window, and the investigation showed she ussed the drug in the parking lot while she was on the clock.

K9 units helped find a "quantity" of meth in her car, according to Captain Frank Copeland with the Gilmer County Sheriff's Office.

Margalo was on probation for a prior arrest for other drug-related charges, so this arrest could lead to much more jail time.
