Braselton takes input for new park along SR 124

BRASELTON—Residents in Braselton are being asked to give their input on a new 71-acre park along State Route 124.

A survey has been sent out to citizens, asking them to rate the importance of the items that will be featured in the park.

Those include a dog park, disc golf, picnic pavilions, playgrounds, walking and biking trails, open fields, volleyball nets and tennis courts.

According to the ballot, forwarded via email by Town Manager Jennifer Dees, it isn't a guarantee that all of the items will be included in the park, but residents will be able to determine which ones will be given priority.

A copy of the form can be found on the city's website. Once completed they can be returned by mail to:

Town of Braselton
Attn: Braselton 124 Park
PO Box 306
Braselton, GA 30517

Forms can also be sent via email to [email protected] or by fax at (706) 654-3033.
