GAINESVILLE - The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Eggs & Issues Breakfast Thursday, Dec. 10, at 7:30 at the Gainesville Civic Center.

The event is open to the public but reservations are required.

Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle and members of the local state legislative delegation will be on hand to discuss issues facing the state and the upcoming session of the legislature which begins in January.

"The Greater Hall Chamber always has 100% participation from the Hall County delegation at this event," said Kit Dunlap, Greater Hall Chamber President and CEO. "Our legislators remain interested in hearing what the citizens of this community have to say, and the attendees want to hear what the legislators have to say. The issues that have already been identified prior to the legislative session have a direct impact on our community, and we need to better understand the issues as well as have an understanding of the legislators' positions on these important issues.  Issues to be discussed at the event include transportation, water, taxes, jobs, education, healthcare and workforce development."

The event sponsor is Jackson EMC.  The cost is $25 for Chamber members; $30 for non-members (non-refundable after December 4). The price includes a full buffet breakfast To make reservations contact Gerri Collins, 770-532-6206 x 106. Email:  [email protected]
