COCHRAN, Ga. - Chris Madden led flag-to-flag to score the victory in Saturday night’s Ultimate Super Late Model Series feature at Cochran Motor Speedway in Cochran, Ga.
Madden started the night by setting fast time in qualifying with a new track record lap at 13.760 seconds. Madden would jump out to the early lead, and never relinquish it en route to the win and the $4,000 winner’s paycheck.
Madden held off current series points leader, Casey Roberts of Toccoa, Ga,, who had to settle for second. Brian Connor finished in third, with Jordy Nipper in fourth and Friday night winner Montana Dudley in fifth.
Hunter Peacock, Dennis Franklin, Ivendent Lloyd, Jr., Cody King and Mike Nasworthy rounded out the top ten.
The Ultimate Super Late Model Series now looks towards its season finale on Nov. 13-14 with a $10,000 to win race at County Line Raceway in Elm City, NC.
