JEFFERSON — The Jefferson volleyball team finished as runner-up in the Area 8-AAA tournament on Saturday at Jefferson.
In the opening match of the day Jefferson lost to Oconee County 17-25, 17-27
In the second match the Lady Dragons defeated Morgan County 25-9, 25-3
In the championship match Jefferson was narrowly defeated by Oconee County 17-25, 25-22, 25-23, 18-25, 10-15.
