Police release names in Lawrenceville murder-suicide

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) Gwinnett County police said they believe a man stabbed his former wife to death and cut her mother before he used a gun to take his own life. <br /> <br /> Gwinnett County police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said the two women were found stabbed around 2:15 p.m. Thursday, when officers were sent to Lawrenceville. <br /> <br /> Police said the dispute began in a house on Chris Lake Drive and spilled out into the street. They said a neighbor saw the commotion and fired at least one gunshot at the suspect, who fled the scene. <br /> <br /> Police said the suspect, Chhay Hour, 60, was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound around 6 p.m. Thursday at Norcross Gun Club and Range on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.<br /> <br /> Hour's former wife, Chheng Voight, 37, was killed in the initial attack.<br /> <br /> The dead woman's mother, Ya Van, 59, was taken to a hospital. She is expected to recover from her injuries, according to police.<br /> <br /> Two young children inside the home were turned over to a relative, according to police.<br /> <br /> <i>AccessNorthGA.com's B.J.
