Volleyball: Lady Trojans reach championship semis at Challenge

The North Hall volleyball team reached the championship semifinals of the Forsyth Challenge on Saturday, winning two matches before falling in the gold bracket semis.<br /> <br /> The Lady Trojans fell to Pinecrest Academy to start the day (18-25, 25-17, 15-10) before sweeping Forsyth Central (25-22, 25-15) and edging Collins Hill (25-16, 23-25, 15-8). <br /> <br /> North Hall then lost to Fellowship Christian in nail-biting fashion (25-18, 22-25, 15-13).<br /> <br /> Sydney Cleveland helped lead the Lady Trojans during the day with 47 kills, 3 aces, 19 digs and 2 blocks during the tournament. Lily Paschall also had 85 assists, 6 aces; Julie Daniels had 16 kills, 6 aces, 6 blocks and 20 digs; Autumn Tucker had 29 kills and 1 block; Jen Mullican had 12 kills, 3 aces, 8 blocks; Makenzie Bryant had 34 digs; Kalyn Dyer had 9 digs; Juliana Paschall had 3 blocks; and Kesley Little had 2 aces and 5 digs.<br /> <br /> North Hall plays at Gainesville on Tuesday.
