GAINESVILLE - Lunch hour traffic is blocked at EE Butler Parkway and Ridge Road because of a two-vehicle accident in the intersection.<br /> <br /> Authorities with Hall County Dispatch said at 1 p.m. the inbound lanes of Butler Parkway are impassable. Wreckers were en route to the scene.
