GAINESVILLE - A Gainesville grandmother who disappeared with her three grandchildren over the weekend has been charged with kidnapping, according to Hall County Sheriff's Office investigators.<br />

Becky Ramsey McCollum and the three children were found just after 4 a.m. Monday. Authorities did not say where they recovered the children.<br />
<br />
At last report, McCollum was being interviewed by investigators.<br />

The children were returned to their mother and they were unharmed.<br />
