Authorities release name of racer killed in crash

BRASELTON - The Hall County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the motorcycle racer who lost his life in race Saturday at Road Atlanta.<br /> <br /> Sheriff's deputy Nicole Bailes identified the victim as 29-year-old Andrew White of Dallas, Georgia.<br /> <br /> Bailes said White experienced what's called a false neutral with his motorcycle when he approached turn 15. She said White lost control of his bike and hit a concrete barrier.<br /> <br /> White was participating in the WERA Cycle Jam motorcycle race at the Braselton road course.<br /> <br /> White was transported to Barrow Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.<br /> <br /> <i>WDUN's Brandon Reed contributed to this story.<i>
