An Atlanta woman in the second boat was charged with boating under the influence, according to the DNR report. She has been identified as 39-year-old Christina Jennings.

The report identifies the injured parties as 41-year-old Robert Romeo, 41-year- old Patricia Romeo, 17-year-old Sierra Romeo and 21-year-old Robert N. Romeo, all of Cumming.

Rangers also said there was a passenger on the boat operated by Jennings. He has been identified as 40-year-old Joseph Korosee of Alpharetta.
