Rangers were called to the Vann's Tavern area around 9:35 p.m, where they found three members of a Forsyth County family with cuts and bruises and a fourth with a broken leg following the crash of their boat with another.

An Atlanta woman in the second boat was charged with boating under the influence, according to the DNR report. She has been identified as 39-year-old Christina Jennings.

The report identifies the injured parties as 41-year-old Robert Romeo, 41-year- old Patricia Romeo, 17-year-old Sierra Romeo and 21-year-old Robert N. Romeo, all of Cumming.

Rangers also said there was a passenger on the boat operated by Jennings. He has been identified as 40-year-old Joseph Korosee of Alpharetta.
