Trial underway in case of murdered Gainesville car dealership employee

GAINESVILLE - Testimony is underway in the murder trial of a Hall County man charged with killing an employee of the Mitsubishi automobile dealership in Gainesville in late 2012.

Mark Taylor, 22, is accused of killing 42-year-old Charles Weaver at the Mitsubishi dealership on Browns Bridge Road December 28, 2012.

Taylor was arrested two days later at an apartment complex in southeast Atlanta.

He went on trial Monday before Judge Bonnie Oliver in Hall County Superior Court.
