GAINESVILLE - A poll of just over 500 likely Republican primary voters places Gainesville attorney Ashley Bell in first place in the crowded race for State School Superintendent.
The SurveyUSA poll was initially released by 11 Alive News in Atlanta.
Bell is one of nine Republican candidates in the superintendent's race. He was the only candidate who showed support in double digits with all others coming in at 9-percent or below. The survey showed 45-percent of those polled are undecided on which candidate will get their vote.
The poll by SurveyUSA also quizzed voters on their choice for Governor and US Senator, among other contests. See the link below for the full survey results.
