Tennis: North Hall girls sweep West Hall

GAINESVILLE -- The North Hall girls tennis team dropped just five games in taking a 5-0 win over West Hall Tuesday in Region 7-AAA action.

Natalie Oxley beat Yennifer Clarin 6-3, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, Tricia Dial beat Thu 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 singles, and at No. 3 singles Karleigh Dills won 6-0, 6-0 over Katie Harben.

In doubles, Hannah Gibson and Kaitlyn Smith beat Rachel Were and Charmine Adajania 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 and MaryClare Patterson and McKay Higginbotham beat Caroline Tuttle and Leyla Karmizade 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2.

North Hall improved to 10-2 overall and 5-0 in Region 7-AAA.

The Lady Trojans next will travel to Buford on Thursday.
